Finally finished C:
this took alot of time x_X
it's still not completely smooth, but i think i'm getting better ^^
done in flash
I used a stock video of a dog running in slow-mo as a reference (but i cant seem to find it anymore)

This looks absolutely fantastic! Doing a full-body animation of a complex design like this is a really ambitious project, so I'm really impressed you were able to pull it off so well :D

Quick bit of critique, though: next time you animate, pay very close attention to the size of the thing you're animating. It's really easy to lose track of volumes as you're animating, causing objects to shrink and grow in size. 

Otherwise, this looks pretty freakin' awesome! I love the colors as well as the secondary action in the floppy bits like the ears and tail(s). :) Keep up the great work!
